In the beginning, there was but a single Entity surrounded by nothingness. There was nothing but the Entity in the infinite space during the prologue of our universe. It had the ability to think, just like mankind, yet its thinking was way beyond our reasoning. It had knowledge of many things and it had an existence which was unfathomable. Despite this, however, the Entity was not all-knowing. It knew everything that man could and would ever know and even way beyond those but there was one thing that it did not know: the meaning of its existence. Existing in realm of nothingness, the Entity had nothing to see, feel, hear, or whatever our senses enable us to do, and it was due to this that the Being felt meaningless. Its knowledge was infinite but since it knew that infinity is not synonymous with all-encompassing, it was in distraught, seeking for an answer.
Fearing an empty existence, the Entity was distraught and it had remained so for a time infinite until it conceived an idea. It pondered that since it could not find meaning for itself then other beings could find it. Hence, it conceived the idea of creating beings like itself and this was possible for one that had infinite knowledge. At first, it thought about creating a being like itself, which was something that knew the same things and that which thought the same way it did. It then created a replica of itself and beheld its creation before it. It asked its copy about its existence but to its dismay, it could not for the creation was itself in its entirety. The creation knew the same things; hence, it could not also come up with an answer. Hence, the Entity decided to create one with none of its knowledge.
The Entity tried to conceive such a being. It endowed it none of its knowledge but gave it the ability to think, albeit differently from it. After the creation, the Entity proceeded to ask its creation the same that it had asked the first, and it was then that the Entity came to realize another flaw in its design. The second creation, although it could think, could not come up with an answer that could satisfy it since it knew nothing and could therefore not support its answer with anything. It was then that the Entity came up with the idea to create beings born with none of its knowledge in a realm imbued with everything that it knew.
Hence it did as so and created us, the universe, and each had a purpose to serve. It had made the universe from its first creation, which had all of its knowledge and which would then serve as the source from which we will find the answer, and it had made us from the second, which had no knowledge but had the ability to think, who would then find the answer. The Entity believed that such a design would result to the creation of beings that would think differently than it and that would be able to know different things than it, which it then believed would lead to the answer that it seeks. We were made to be born without knowledge so that we thirst and would then, therefore, seek for knowledge and the universe was made so vast that not one of us would be able to see everything so that we may conjure different thoughts, which guarantees that we would think differently from our creator.
The Entity had created us to serve its purpose and this is why we seek answers to our existence. It is just residing somewhere deep within the universe, observing and waiting for us to find an answer that would satisfy it. We have grown distant from it for our world history had been influenced by a myriad of varying thoughts throughout thousands of years, yet we have not yet found the nature of our existence and so does our creator. Should we and the universe serve its purpose, it is up to it determine our fate. Will we be allowed to continue to exist or will we be returned to nothingness?
